Mastering Spanish Conversation is the subtitle of this book. While it has been a decent accompaniment for my Conversational Spanish class, it doesn't have the ability to help you master spanish conversation. Even though it claims such a feat, you will certainly have to do a lot more work than the examples in this book to achieve goals of fluency.The above explanation is my only problem with this book. Other than that, it provides a vast amount of vocabulary. It also goes over basic grammar, in case you need a reminder. The readings are very helpful and start out very simple to progress to more difficult passages later on. Over all, I am happy with my professor's choice of this text and think that it will help me out a lot when it comes to reading/writing spanish.
