501 Spanish Verbs with CD-ROM and Audio CD (501 Verb Series) Review
This review is for Barron's 501 verbs, 7th edition.Just when you thought it could not get better - it did.
What you get with this item:
--501 Verb book
--CD rom of exercises, compatible with MAC and PC
--Audio CD
If you find this review helpful then please click the "YES" button. Thanks! BOOK
This book has verb tables and and other interesting items - too many to list. It even has a "Guide to Spanish Pronunciation." Every student should own a verb book for reference and study. You cannot learn Spanish if you do not know verbs!
CD ROM
The CD rom has activities on it like sentence completion, Dialogue, Word Completion, Word Seek and Matching with English. There is a "click to view answer explanation" if you get the answer incorrect (good feature!). Watch out on the word completion and the Word Seek as it might ask you to look for the present and past participles of the verb instead of the actual verb. My favorite is the "Matching with English".
Audio CD
The video has an example of the voices on the audio CD. This audio program is compatible with an iPhone, iPod, car audio, and other audio devices. The CD is about one hour and 15 minutes and covers the following topics on the respective tracks and duration:

----Barron's Spanish-English Dictionary: Diccionario Espanol-Ingles (Barron's Foreign Language Guides)
----Verbarrator
The dictionary is a nice vinyl book that comes with free ebook versions of the printed dictionary for the MAC and PC.
Verbarrator allows you to practice and conjugate many verbs in all tenses.
I have created a video reviewed for both the dictionary and Verbarrator so you can see why I recommend them.
In addition, consider purchasing telenovelas with English subtitles to train your ear to real spoken spanish. Try on or all of the telenovelas below.
Te Sigo Amando
Alborada
Mariana De La Noche
Dulce Desafio (excellent Spanish diction)
El Derecho de Nacer (more for women)
Rubi (more for men)
Dame Chocolate
