The book is fine, but definitely buy the paper copy. The kindle version is not indexed, meaning that you cannot search for anything unless you go to the table of contents, scroll through the available letters, then scroll through the list of diagnoses. This is so inefficient that I really have no choice but to buy the paper copy now. A complete waste of $40!!!!Ive been using Amazon for years and this is my first one star review... Way to go guys.
