Seattle Girl (A chick lit romance about love, dating...and my really big mouth) Review

I absolutely adored this book! As an English major, I am always on the hunt for easy to read books that I can lose myself in when I am sick of analyzing and studying classics and this book was PERFECT for that! It was extremely easy to fall in love with the characters and I really felt like I was a part of their trio. I am very much looking forward to reading more of Lucy Kevin's books and I would absolutely recommend this to all of my friends. Although some of the parts were a little bit sexy so while I believe it is appropriate for a more mature crowd, I wouldn't recommend it for any youngsters.

The Heartbreaker Review

This is a sweet southern romance with a lot of humor. The small town setting lends a rich atmosphere to the story, and I found the characters very likable and believable. I do appreciate a love story which has a lot of sexual tension, but closes that metaphorical door on the love scenes. I also love a hero who is tender and caring. This is Sam. He works hard to make his medical practice a success while trying to do right by his orphaned younger brother, and negotiate the transforming relationship with Lucki, his neighbor.
Best scene? The BB incident in the kitchen.
